• Assist with front and back office daily operations and patient coordination.
• Administer injections and assist with basic patient care procedures.
• Record patient history, vital signs, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment is calibrated and ready.
• Register patients, verify insurance, and post encounter data accurately.
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation and ensure cash handling is secure.
• Prepare for next day clinics and screen patients for program eligibility.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist other departments as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
