Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Medical Assistant or completing MA program.
• Familiar with EMR/EHR systems.
• BLS certification required or current.

Responsibilities

• Assist front and back office operations daily.
• Administer injections and assist with non-invasive patient care.
• Obtain patient history and vital signs; ensure documentation and audits.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and verify equipment calibration.
• Register patients, update demographics, and verify insurance.
• Process end-of-day cash reconciliation and deposits.
• Prepare for next-day clinic by pre-registering patients and screening for program eligibility.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
