The Crossover Health Medical Assistant is a key player in creating the unique patient experience we seek to deliver. The Medical Assistant provides clinic guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

As a Medical Assistant, you ensure that guests are delighted and happy from the moment they step into the clinic and continue to extend the service experience beyond the clinic walls to ensure superior service delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.
• Minimum of 2 years comparable clinical back-office experience.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Handles guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating requests.
• Resolves inquiries and assists with clinic services and hours.
• Takes medical histories, records vitals, and assists clinicians.
• Manages inventory, orders, and replenishes medical supplies.
• Administers medications, including injections within scope of practice.
• Answers calls, schedules appointments, and maintains clear communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
