Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant or surgical technician program.
• Minimum of 2 years comparable clinical back office medical assistant experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Aufgaben

• Take medical histories, measure patient vitals, and assist clinicians.
• Handle inventory, orders, and replenish supplies.
• Provide phlebotomy and immunization services.
• Assist with member check-in, benefit eligibility and clinic workflows.
• Engage with members via calls, emails, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver patient-centered care.
