HonorHealth is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide general front and back office support in a Primary Care clinic in Queen Creek, AZ. The role includes escorting patients, maintaining exam rooms, and assisting clinicians during examinations.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED and completion of a MA training program. BLS certification is required, and a Fingerprint Clearance Card is necessary. 6 months of MA experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares treatment rooms for examination and escorts patients to exam rooms.
• Maintains clean, neat, and well-stocked exam rooms.
• Provides quality phone service by scheduling patients or referring callers to the appropriate party.
• Performs front office duties including reception, scheduling, and chart maintenance.
• Organizes and communicates with insurance companies for authorizations and referrals.
