Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is hiring a Medical Assistant 2 in West Palm Beach, FL. You will be the first point of contact for patient care, handling administrative tasks while performing clinical duties under scope and policy guidance.

The role requires MA training or CMA/RMA certification, a high school diploma, CPR certification, and TB screening participation. Travel may be rare; schedule is 8AM–5PM, Monday–Friday, with pay range disclosed in benefits section.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of MA school/training program or a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience and approval from Provider.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR Certified
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of the company's TB screening program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patient care and perform administrative duties.
• Administer medications and vaccines, perform phlebotomy, and collect specimens.
• Document information into the electronic medical records system and collaborate with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Follow policies and procedures with some discretion and prioritize tasks within defined parameters.
