Humana Inc. CenterWell Senior Primary Care in West Palm Beach, Florida is hiring a Medical Assistant 2.

You will be the first point of contact for patient care, perform both administrative and clinical duties, take vital signs, and document in the EMR while collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers. Requirements include MA school completion or CMA/RMA or 5+ years with provider approval, High school diploma, CPR certification, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of MA school/training program or CMA/RMA or 5+ years experience with provider approval.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CPR certification.
• Phlebotomy and vaccination administration experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency with proficiency exam.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for patient care; assist with administrative duties.
• Take vital signs and discuss symptoms; provide direct patient care as allowed.
• Document information into the electronic medical records system.
• Collaborate with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers; follow policy guidelines.
