Pro Med Healthcare Services in Palm Beach County seeks a Medical Assistant for a private clinic to support first responders’ health and well-being. Minimum two years of clinic experience is required, preferably in family practice, with MA diploma or CMA certification and current BLS.

The job offers hours from 7A to 7P, 32–36 hours weekly, with day shifts Monday through Friday and rotating every other Saturday. Proficiency in EMR, phlebotomy, and EKGs is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years experience in a clinic setting, preferably in family practice.
• MA diploma or CMA certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience with Phlebotomy and EKG procedures.

Mansioni

• Interview patients and document medical history and vitals.
• Prepare and administer injections.
• Provide patient instructions for follow-up care.
• Maintain exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Assist providers with office procedures.
• Place orders as directed by providers.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EMR before checkout.
• Maintain instrument cleanliness and instrument upkeep.
• Support adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
• Verify information in the system for completed procedures.
• Assist with routine phlebotomy and EKGs.
• Execute additional duties as directed by Medical Director.

Pro Med Healthcare is currently seeking Medical Assistant private Medical Clinic In Palm Beach County. This opportunity supports the health and well being of Palm Beach county first responders.Minimum 2 years Prior experience is required.

Pay: Based on Experience $22.00 to $24.00 an Hour

Hours: 7A to 7P

Day shift - 2-3 days Monday through Friday and rotating every other Saturday.

32 to 36 hours weekly

Position Responsibilities:

1. Interview new patient efficiently and accurately and orders appropriate x-rays utilizing the EMR; This include taking vitals, updating review of systems, history of present Illness, documenting primary care Physician, medications, allergies and correctly documents the past medical, social and family history

2. Prepares and administers injections

3. Instructs patient with any follow up instructions needed for that visit.

4. Demonstrates accountability for own actions by rendering patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

5. Should be able to type minimum 40 wpm accurately

6. Proficient in cleaning and caring for instruments and equipment

7. Assists provider as directed with office procedures.

8. Places any orders per the providers

9. Maintains exam rooms including supplies and equipment for physicians.

10. Confirms information in system has been completed including any procedures completed in office for that visit prior to the patient checking out

11. Utilizes equipment appropriately, including upkeep and repairs.

12. Other duties assigned by the Medical Director
