Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (CCP) seeks a professional Medical Assistant to travel among Bristol, Yardley, and Langhorne, PA offices. You will work with a physician daily, escort patients, take vital signs, and assist with stress tests, EKGs, and lab results. The role requires a CMA certification and 2–3 years of experience.

CCP offers medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, generous PTO, and paid holidays. A $500 sign-on bonus is included.

Competenze

• Must be a certified or registered Medical Assistant.
• BLS certification preferred through the AHA.
• 2–3 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Familiarity with cardiology procedures is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work well with the team.

CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a full-time Medical Assistant to travel throughout our Bristol, Yardley, and Langhorne, PA offices.

Please note this role is entitled to a $500 sign-on bonus.*

Responsibilities

• Work with an assigned physician daily
• Escort patients to the exam room
• Record medical information, review medications, and obtain vital signs
• Perform stress testing and EKGs
• Follow up on lab results
• Answer phones and assist with check-in/out procedures if necessary
• Assist with appointment scheduling.
• Review and prepare the next day's assignments
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be a certified or registered Medical Assistant
• BLS preferred through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Familiarity with various cardiology-related procedures such as stress tests, managing Coumadin therapy, and Holter monitors are a plus
• Must have the ability to multitask
• Computer knowledge is a must
• Experience with an EMR system is a plus
• Must be well-spoken, friendly, and outgoing

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia provides medical, vision, dental, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, generous PTO, and paid holiday time.

*If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign-on bonus.
