Job summary

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (CCP) is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our Paoli, PA office. You will work with an assigned physician, record patient information, perform vitals, and assist with stress testing and EKGs.

The role requires a certified or registered Medical Assistant with 2–3 years of experience, and a friendly, multitasking approach. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus, competitive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities to advance within our growing cardiology

Qualifications

• Must be a certified or registered Medical Assistant.
• BLS certification preferred through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• 2–3 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Familiarity with stress tests, managing Coumadin therapy, and Holter monitors is a plus.
• Must multitask and be well-spoken, friendly, and outgoing.
• Computer knowledge is a must; EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with an assigned physician daily.
• Escort patients to the exam room.
• Record medical information, review medications, and obtain vital signs.
• Perform stress testing and EKGs.
• Follow up on lab results.
• Answer phones and assist with check-in/out procedures.
• Assist with appointment scheduling.
• Review and prepare the next day's assignments.
• Other duties as assigned.

CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a full-time Medical Assistant to work at our Paoli, PA office.

Please note this role is entitled to a $500 sign-on bonus.*
