Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. in Washington state seeks a compassionate Medical Assistant to support patients through their fertility journey. You will assist with procedures, educate patients, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

This full-time, onsite role, based in Spokane, WA, runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate has a Medical Assistant program, WA license, and BLS/CPR certification, with preferred phlebotomy experience.

Qualificações

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience as Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Spokane, WA. This is a full-time, onsite role, working Mondays through Fridays, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Position Requirements

• Education & Licensure:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience & Skills:
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
