Pinnacle Fertility is hiring a Fertility Care Medical Assistant in Kirkland, WA. This full-time, onsite role supports patients through their fertility journey, assisting with procedures, education, and collaboration with the care team.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional on-call shifts and holiday coverage. Strong communication and organization are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; verify medical history and update records.
• Assist with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Take vital signs, draw blood, and administer injections.
• Prepare exam rooms; ensure equipment and supplies are stocked.
• Document patient information in EMR and coordinate appointments.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and medications.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Support inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent service.

As a Fertility Care Medical Assistant, you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility- Washington in Kirkland, Washington. This is a full-time, onsite position , working Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM . Position include a variety of daytime shift schedules, up to 2 holidays per year, and 2-3 on-call weekend shifts annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education & Licensure:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience & Skills:
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility:
  • Willingness to cover weekends, holidays, and work at various locations as needed.
• Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
