Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support patients through their fertility journey at our Washington location in Kirkland, WA.

This full-time, onsite role supports procedures, education, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have a Medical Assistant program, WA state license, and current BLS/CPR certification, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program and WA state license required.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are stocked.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain EMR.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Ensure a safe and organized environment by infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Medical Assistant, you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Kirkland, WA. This is a full-time, onsite role, working Mondays through Fridays, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education & Licensure:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience & Skills:
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.a
• Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
