Pinnacle Fertility in Kirkland, WA is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support patients throughout their fertility journey. You will assist clinicians with examinations, procedures, and education to ensure a seamless, patient-centered experience.
This full-time, onsite role runs Mondays through Fridays, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Ideal candidates will have MA training, WA state MA license, and current BLS/CPR certification, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
- Formal Medical Assistant training and WA licensure required.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience as MA preferred; strong communication and organization needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients; verify medical history and update records.
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments.
- Take vitals, draw blood, and administer injections as needed.
- Prepare exam rooms; stock and maintain supplies and equipment.
- Document information in EMR and manage scheduling and referrals.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of clinical supplies.
- Provide excellent patient service and respond to inquiries.
- Support special projects as assigned.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Kirkland, WA. This is a full-time, onsite role, working Mondays through Fridays, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
- Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
- Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Education & Licensure:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience & Skills:
- Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
- Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.a
- Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
