Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Medical Assistant in Spokane, WA to support patients through their fertility journey. You will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring exceptional care at every step.
The role is full-time and onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a comprehensive benefits package. WA state MA license and active certification required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
- Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
- Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Spokane, WA. This is a full-time, onsite role, working Mondays through Fridays, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

- Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.a
- Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
