Job summary

Optima Medical Ltd in Arizona is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical operations across our network of locations. The role includes recording vital signs, preparing exam rooms, performing basic procedures, administering injections, and assisting with scheduling and charting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of MA experience and EMR proficiency, with strong professionalism and communication skills to support a patient-focused, high-quality care environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of clinical work experience as a Medical Assistant.
• At least 1 year of EMR experience; eClinicalWorks preferred.
• High level of professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record patient information such as vital signs, weight, and changes in medical history.
• Clean and prepare exam rooms prior to/following patient appointments.
• Perform procedures such as EKG, PFT, Ear Lavage, etc.
• Administer injections and take blood draws.
• Assist with patient scheduling, follow up, and provider charting as needed.
