Job summary

Optima Medical Ltd in Arizona is hiring a Medical Assistant to support clinicians and patient care across our fast-paced sites. You will record vital signs, assist with exams, clean and prepare exam rooms, and help manage patient flow.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of clinical MA experience and EMR proficiency (eClinicalWorks preferred); you should demonstrate professionalism and strong communication. Experience with injections and blood draws is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical MA experience required.
• EMR experience with preference for eClinicalWorks.
• High level of professionalism and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record patient information such as vital signs, weight, and changes in medical history.
• Clean and prepare exam rooms prior to/following patient appointments.
• Able to perform various medical procedures such as EKG, PFT, Ear Lavage etc.
• Administer injections and take blood draws.
• Assist with patient scheduling, follow up, and provider charting as needed.
