Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Flight Coordinator I to receive and route patient transport requests, assigning the most suitable air unit using CAD. You will act as the central hub between Aviation, Maintenance, Operations, Clinical, and Administrative teams to ensure safe, timely patient movements.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. CAD proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate with basic software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle all customer requests for medical transports in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and assign appropriate air transport units via CAD system.
• Maintain accurate data entries in CAD for all requests.
• Monitor aircraft positions and report in CAD during transport.
• Communicate with Flight Team and supervisor to resolve issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and support cross-functional teams.
