Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a Flight Coordinator I in Missouri to manage emergent and non-emergent patient transport requests. You will assign air units using CAD, document interactions, and serve as a communication hub among aviation, maintenance, operations, clinical and admin teams.

The role requires strong customer service, multi-tasking and data integrity in CAD systems, with a focus on clear written and verbal communication. Competitive hourly pay with night and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Ability to function in a fast paced, at times high stress, work environment
Computer literate

Responsibilities

Receive and handle all customer requests for medical transports in a friendly, timely and professional manner
Coordinate assignment of the appropriate air unit via CAD system
Maintain CAD data entries for all requests
Monitor aircraft position and enter position reports in CAD
Communicate with Flight Coordinator Supervisor about issues
Collaborate with Flight Team and partners to facilitate transports
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
