Job summary

CareFlite is seeking an Online Transport Coordinator to support the dispatch of ground and air transport services. You will gather patient information, input data into the CAD system, and coordinate with hospitals and EMS.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with the dispatch team and online platform partners. This is an on-site position in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• Requires a High school diploma or equivalent.
• EMT/EMD is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written) and able to type 30 WPM or higher.

Responsibilities

• Operate online transport coordination systems and enter patient data accurately.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, hospitals, and EMS to coordinate ground/air transport.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Monitor online platforms for outages and report issues promptly.
• Ensure professional interactions with customers and partners.
