Job summary

You will provide essential administrative and clinical support, ensuring efficient, high-quality care for a diverse patient population in a secure, fast-paced setting.

Requirements include an active TS/SCI with polygraph, a minimum of five years in healthcare administration, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of healthcare administration experience.
• Solid understanding of healthcare finance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk and reception support, including greeting patients and visitors
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate patient flow and facilitate scheduling and check-in processes
• Schedule, manage, and distribute personnel and patient calendars
• Enter and process laboratory orders as directed by medical staff
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper medical records
• Track and respond to official government correspondence
• Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical and operational teams
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support mission requirements
