Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in healthcare administration.
• Solid understanding of healthcare finance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk and reception support, greeting patients and visitors.
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate patient flow, scheduling and check-in processes.
• Schedule, manage, and distribute calendars for personnel and patients.
• Enter and process laboratory orders as directed by medical staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper medical records.
• Track and respond to official government correspondence.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical and operational teams.
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support mission requirements.
