Job summary

BerryDunn is seeking a Project Manager for the Medicaid Practice Group. You will support the client success and growth team by planning and tracking project deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and decisions for client engagements.

The role reports to senior leaders and can be remote or based in the Oahu, HI office. Responsibilities include managing the project plan, monitoring dependencies, integrating workplans, building stakeholder relationships, and delivering status reports.

Qualifications

PMI-PMP certification is required.
Experience managing Medicaid or other State/HHS programs.
Experience managing a large enterprise implementation project.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least three years with a State Medicaid Agency.
Ability to lead and manage day-to-day project team activities.
Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management.
Excellent written and oral communication; adept at presenting summaries and data.
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

Oversee and monitor the project plan for the client success and growth workstream.
Track deliverables and dependencies to ensure commitments are met.
Integrate the client success workplan into the overall engagement plan.
Identify cross-project interdependencies and impacts.
Manage relationships with client contacts, project team members, and vendors.
Develop and present project status and readiness reports.
Monitor actions, issues, risks, and decisions; document memos as needed.
Facilitate staff meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication.
