Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale Medicaid technology program, acting as the chief client liaison for design, development, implementation, and certification. You will oversee Project Managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with state and federal requirements across all program phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing multi-supplier projects or similarly complex integration efforts.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit or related efforts.
• Working knowledge of MITA 3.0 and CMS Seven Standards and Conditions.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide management of the project and Project Managers to ensure successful program execution.
• Serve as the chief liaison to the client for design, development, implementation, Certification, maintenance, and modification activities.
• Collaborate with MES Module Contractors to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Support Project Managers in the effective and efficient execution of client plans and protocols.
• Coordinate project scope, scheduling, resources, and contracts during DDI and Certification.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports during DDI and Certification.
• Manage contract administration and onboarding of staff during DDI and Certification.
