Job summary

BerryDunn is seeking a Project Manager for the Medicaid Practice Group to plan and track deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and decisions for the client success and growth workstream. The role may be remote or based in the Oahu, HI office, with up to 25% travel.

The successful candidate will manage stakeholder relationships, develop status reports, and integrate the workplan into the overall engagement. PMP certification and Medicaid program experience are required.

Qualifications

PMP certification from PMI.
Three years of experience with State Medicaid Agency.
Experience managing a large enterprise implementation.
Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

Oversee and monitor the project plan for the client success and growth workstream.
Track project deliverables and dependencies to ensure commitments.
Integrate the client success and growth workplan into the engagement plan.
Identify interdependencies, conflicts, and impacts across a program.
Build relationships with project stakeholders including clients, team members, vendors.
Develop and present project status and readiness reports.
Monitor and track actions, issues, risks, and decisions.
Prepare project issue and risk memos as needed.
Facilitate staff and team meetings.
Communicate clearly with clients, team, vendors, and other stakeholders.
