Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead Medicaid initiatives across ND and other western offices. The role focuses on governance, state relations, and durable partnerships to ensure successful program outcomes.

You will engage with state agencies, regulators, and internal teams to balance complex priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver value in a matrixed organization. Hybrid in-office role with relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Marketing; 10+ years health plan/account management experience.
• Experience with government/state agency partners and Medicaid programs.
• Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead state relations, governance, and stakeholder engagement for North Dakota Medicaid line.
• Serve as primary contact for external stakeholder relationships and regulatory coordination.
• Understand client and state agency needs and propose effective strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align external commitments with internal execution.
• Proactively manage escalations and develop contingency plans.
