Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Strategic Account Manager for Medicaid to lead relationships with state agencies and govern strategic initiatives across a matrix organization. You will bridge Cambia with government partners, aligning internal teams to meet regulatory obligations and program goals.

You will work within a hybrid structure, engaging with multiple offices, and drive successful implementation of products and programs over a multi-year plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Marketing.
• 10 years of health plan and/or account management experience, including large group accounts.
• Experience with government or state agency partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for state relations, governance, and stakeholder engagement for North Dakota Medicaid.
• Serve as primary contact for external stakeholder relationships and internal execution alignment.
• Understand client and state agency needs; propose strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align external commitments with internal execution.
• Manage escalations and risk, developing contingency plans to protect relationships.
• Monitor regulatory and market conditions and adjust strategic approaches as needed.
