Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Director of Fiscal Agent Operations to lead fiscal agent operations for the NCMMIS program. You will guide executive collaboration, drive financial performance, and ensure service levels and contractual objectives are met.

The role emphasizes leadership across multiple reporting lines, strategic planning, budgeting, and program optimization, with hybrid work options and a focus on delivering value for Medicaid/NCHHS stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Health Choice programs, preferably in North Carolina.
• Fourteen or more years of experience related to health care administrative management.
• Ten or more years of experience in State Medicaid.
• Over 5 years of leadership experience in a large organization.
• Experience in customer interaction to help bring solutions to their business challenges.
• PMI PMP Certification or commitment to achieve certification.
• Strong human relations skills to select, develop, coach, and mentor employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead fiscal agent operations for the NCMMIS program; second in command and executive advisor when needed.
• Ensure successful operation of the program, meet customer objectives, and achieve monthly SLAs.
• Collaborate with customer executives using change management processes and manage performance escalations.
