Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Medicaid. This hybrid role requires building trusted state agency partnerships and governance for Medicaid programs while collaborating across teams to ensure performance and compliance.

You will advance strategic plans, manage complex relationships, and drive operational execution in a matrixed environment, including AI-enabled decision support and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Marketing with 10 years of health plan/account management.
• Experience servicing large group accounts and managing government/state agency relationships.
• Knowledge of Medicaid managed care programs and strategic planning with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead state relations, stakeholder engagement, and governance for North Dakota Medicaid.
• Serve as primary contact for external stakeholder relationships and regulatory demands.
• Understand client and state agency needs; propose strategies to achieve objectives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between external commitments and internal execution.
• Manage escalations, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement new products and program enhancements.
