Job summary

MB2 Dental is hiring a Medicaid Payer Enrollment Specialist in Carrollton, TX. You will manage enrollment and reenrollment for commercial and Medicaid payers, collaborating with dentists, office managers and insurance representatives to submit documentation and resolve enrollment issues.

You will maintain provider records in the credentialing system, ensure regulatory compliance, and support uninterrupted claims processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years payer enrollment experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit enrollment and reenrollment applications to commercial and government payers.
• Monitor payer portals and correspondence to track status and follow up.
• Identify issues requiring investigation and escalation.
• Maintain provider records in the credentialing platform with data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with Credentialing and Liaison teams to gather provider documentation.
• Communicate application status and next steps with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with payer regulations and policies.
• Troubleshoot payment issues related to enrollment with revenue cycle and claims teams.
