Job summary

EnableComp in the United States is hiring a Provider Enrollment Specialist, Medicaid, to oversee and maintain the professional and facility enrollment process, including online and paper applications, while handling PHI with strict privacy.

You will collect and submit enrollment information for hospitals and physicians with Out-of-State Medicaid payers, develop state-specific procedures, ensure timely re‑enrollments, and keep provider records accurate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in healthcare field billing or collections.
• 1+ years’ client facing/customer services experience.
• Knowledge of enrollment requirements for Medicaid and provider enrollment.
• Strong computer proficiency including MS Office.
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to privacy.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and submit information for hospital/physician enrollment with Out-of-State Medicaid payers.
• Develop and maintain state-specific enrollment policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of enrollment requirements and communicate with leadership.
• Submit re-enrollment applications timely to keep enrollment current.
• Ensure compliance with government rules and maintain provider records accuracy.
• Manage workload and deadlines for payor-specific forms and documents.
• Maintain provider files and communicate changes, corrections, terminations.
