• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with credentialing software, payer portals, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit enrollment and re-enrollment applications to commercial and government payers.
• Monitor payer portals and follow up with payers on pending requests.
• Identify issues, validate discrepancies, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain provider records in the credentialing platform for data integrity.
• Collaborate with Credentialing and Liaison teams to gather required documents.
• Communicate status and required next steps to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with payer regulations, contract terms, and policies.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle and claims to troubleshoot enrollment issues.
