Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of payer enrollment experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with credentialing software, payer portals, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit enrollment and re-enrollment applications to commercial and government payers.
• Monitor payer portals and correspondence to track application status.
• Identify issues, validate discrepancies, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain provider records in the credentialing platform to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with Credentialing and Liaison Teams to gather provider documentation.
• Communicate status and next steps with stakeholders clearly.
• Ensure compliance with payer regulations, contract terms, and policies.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle and claims teams to troubleshoot enrollment-related payment issues.
