Qualifications

• Six years of application development experience with programming languages.
• Experience with IBM z/OS mainframe application development and support.
• Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, ISPF and TSO.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MMIS Recipient Team as technical lead for development efforts.
• Guide programmer analysts in delivering Medicaid recipient eligibility solutions.
• Support system enhancements, production support, and modernization efforts.
