This role blends hands-on development with team leadership, covering system enhancements, production support, and modernization of recipient-focused applications, including on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Six years of IT experience with six years in design, development, testing and maintenance.
Two years leading and mentoring programmer analysts on complex systems.
Experience converting requirements into scalable data and application solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of MMIS recipient-related solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and work direction to programmer analysts.
Analyze requirements and translate into efficient application and data designs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide on-call support; drive performance improvements.
