Zusammenfassung

Educology Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client delivery team supporting Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). You will lead complex projects, coordinate with state government stakeholders, and translate urgent operational needs into actionable specifications for internal teams.

The role requires strong leadership, rapid problem-solving, and deep Medicaid domain expertise to triage issues and drive successful delivery.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of Project Manager experience in Healthcare IT.
3+ years dedicated to Medicaid MMIS or state-level Eligibility & Enrollment systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

Aufgaben

Creates and implements complex project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for large or multi-project programs.
Determines changes in scope and implements recommendations based on impact.
Gains concurrence from stakeholders and staffs projects.
Organizes project teams to ensure deadlines and objectives are understood.
Acts as primary client contact and adjusts staffing as project progresses.
Manages costs, schedules, and quality of deliverables.
Monitors risks and implements mitigation strategies.
Collaborates with teams to adapt to changes in technical or business requirements.
