Job description

The System Delivery Program Director provides executive-level leadership for the LTSSMaryland technology program at the Maryland Department of Health, overseeing system development, operations, infrastructure, and vendor management activities supporting Medicaid initiatives. This position directs multiple IT operations areas including systems analysis, application development, technical support, and database management, while establishing technical strategy, managing large-scale IT projects, and ensuring alignment with state and federal requirements. The role is based in Baltimore, MD and is eligible for hybrid telework.
