Job summary

AllPro Staffnet LLC is seeking an experienced Medicaid Service Coordinator to support MaineCare home care operations in Maine. The role focuses on coordinating Medicaid-funded personal care, managing caregiver schedules, and ensuring timely service initiation with required approvals.

The successful candidate will have direct Medicaid home care experience, familiarity with MaineCare Section 19/96, EVV systems, and strong organizational and communication skills to grow access to services for Maine

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience with Medicaid-funded home care.
• Experience with service coordination and caregiver scheduling.
• Familiarity with Medicaid authorizations and program requirements.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care within approved programs.
• Manage caregiver schedules and service coverage.
• Assist with caregiver recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate new member referrals and timely service initiation.
• Maintain communication with members, families, and teams.
• Respond promptly to staffing challenges and service interruptions.
• Coordinate services per MaineCare Section 19/96 requirements.
• Review service authorizations and approved hours.
• Communicate with SCAs and referral partners.
• Monitor service utilization and address interruptions.
• Maintain documentation and follow up on referrals.
• Monitor EVV, visit documentation, and scheduling accuracy.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and service-related concerns.
• Assist with incident reporting and quality assurance.
• Track unstaffed hours and caregiver availability.
• Support MaineCare provider requirements and company policies.
• Use home care management software to coordinate with supervisory or clinical personnel.
