Job summary

AllPro Staffnet LLC is seeking an experienced Medicaid Service Coordinator to support MaineCare home care operations in Maine. The role focuses on coordinating Medicaid-funded personal care, caregiver scheduling, and service initiation with an emphasis on regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year experience in Medicaid-funded home care, strong organization, and communication skills, and be proficient with EVV and scheduling systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct experience with Medicaid-funded home care services, HCBS or waiver programs.
• Experience with service coordination, caregiver scheduling, staffing, or client service management in a Medicaid-funded home care environment.
• Familiarity with service authorizations, documentation, and Medicaid program requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with computers, electronic documentation, and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care and support services within approved programs.
• Manage caregiver schedules, staffing assignments, and service coverage.
• Assist with caregiver recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate new member referrals, admissions, and timely service initiation after approvals.
• Maintain communication with members, families, caregivers, and service coordination teams.
• Respond promptly to staffing challenges, missed visits, and service interruptions.
