AllPro Staffnet LLC in Mississippi seeks a Medicaid Service Coordinator to support and grow our Medicaid home care operations. You will coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care, manage caregiver schedules, recruit staff, and ensure timely service initiation with proper approvals.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of direct Medicaid-funded home care experience, EVV familiarity, and strong organizational skills. Office-based, 40 hours/week in Gulfport.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on experience with Medicaid-funded home care services, Medicaid waiver programs, or HCBS.
• Experience coordinating Medicaid service delivery, including authorizations and service hours.
• Experience with caregiver scheduling, staff coordination, and client service management.
• Familiarity with Medicaid compliance requirements, EVV, and home care documentation standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with computers, electronic documentation, and scheduling systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care and in-home respite services.
• Manage caregiver schedules, staffing assignments and service coverage.
• Assist with caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate new client admissions and timely service initiation after approvals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, families, caregivers, and case-management teams.
• Respond promptly to staffing challenges, missed visits, and service interruptions.
• Promote continuity of care and reliable service delivery.
• Coordinate provider services per Mississippi Medicaid and waiver requirements.
• Review approved service plans, authorizations, and service hours.
• Communicate with PDDs, waiver case managers, and referral partners.
• Monitor service utilization and address authorization or service interruptions.
