Job summary

AllPro Staffnet LLC, based in Gulfport, Mississippi, is seeking a Medicaid Service Coordinator to support and grow our Mississippi Medicaid home care operations. The role focuses on coordination of Medicaid-funded services, caregiver scheduling, and program compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time, on-site at our Gulfport office, typically requiring 40 hours per week with regular on-site attendance. Experience with E&D Waiver and Medicaid systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on experience with Medicaid-funded home care services, HCBS, or Medicaid waiver programs.
• Experience with Medicaid service coordination, including authorizations, service hours, documentation, and communication with case managers.
• Experience with caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination, and client service management.
• Familiarity with Medicaid compliance requirements, EVV, and home care documentation standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Proficiency with computers, electronic documentation, and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care and in-home respite services.
• Manage caregiver schedules, staffing assignments, and service coverage.
• Assist with caregiver recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate new client admissions and timely service initiation following required approvals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, families, caregivers, and case-management teams.
• Respond promptly to staffing challenges, missed visits, and service interruptions.
• Promote continuity of care, client satisfaction, and reliable service delivery.
• Coordinate provider services in accordance with Mississippi Medicaid and waiver program requirements.
