AllPro Staffnet LLC is seeking an experienced Medicaid Service Coordinator to support and grow our MaineCare home care operations in Maine. The role requires hands-on Medicaid-funded home care experience and familiarity with MaineCare Section 19 and Section 96 services.

You will coordinate client and caregiver activities, manage staffing, and ensure timely service initiation while maintaining strong relationships with members and referral partners.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of direct, hands-on experience with Medicaid-funded home care services, Medicaid waiver programs, or HCBS.
• Experience with service coordination, caregiver scheduling, staffing, or client service management in a Medicaid-funded home care environment.
• Familiarity with service authorizations, documentation, and Medicaid program requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with computers, electronic documentation, and scheduling systems.

Mansioni

• Coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care and personal support services within the agency’s approved programs.
• Manage caregiver schedules, staffing assignments, and service coverage.
• Assist with caregiver recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate new member referrals, admissions, and timely service initiation following required approvals.
• Maintain communication with members, families, caregivers, and service coordination teams.
• Respond promptly to staffing challenges, missed visits, and service interruptions.
