Job summary

AllPro Staffnet LLC seeks an experienced Medicaid Service Coordinator to support Mississippi home care operations in Gulfport. The role focuses on coordinating Medicaid-funded personal care, caregiver scheduling, and adherence to waiver requirements.

Ideal candidates have direct Medicaid experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage admissions, documentation, and communication with case managers and families. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulfport, MS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year direct Medicaid-funded home care experience.
• Experience with authorizations, service hours, and case managers.
• Caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination, and client service management.
• Familiarity with EVV and home care documentation standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care and in-home respite services.
• Manage caregiver schedules, staffing assignments, and coverage.
• Assist with caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate new client admissions and timely service initiation.
• Maintain communication with clients, families, caregivers, and case-management teams.
• Respond promptly to staffing challenges and service interruptions.
• Promote continuity of care and reliable service delivery.
• Coordinate provider services per Medicaid and waiver requirements.
• Review service plans, authorizations, and hours.
• Monitor utilization and address potential authorizations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication changes.
• Support referrals, admissions, and ongoing service needs.
• Monitor EVV, visit docs, scheduling accuracy, and compliance.
