My3tech is seeking a Healthcare IT / EHR Operations specialist to support clinical systems and analytics. The role requires advanced SQL skills, experience with BI dashboards, and strong requirements gathering abilities.

You will work in a hybrid/remote setup, with onsite visits a few times per year, and preference to NC residents. Collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Healthcare IT & EHR operations.
• 3+ years SQL, BI dashboards and healthcare reporting.
• 3+ years requirements gathering, process analysis.
• 3 years knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, HIPAA.
• 3 years coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare IT and EHR operations, analyze workflows and optimize data processes.
• Translate requirements into actionable analyses and reports for stakeholders.
