P3 Health Partners is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to guide a configuration team responsible for healthcare administration systems, including EDI, provider data, benefits, and claim reporting.

Hybrid or remote work is offered; candidates near our offices may work on-site part-time, with travel to meetings as needed. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and at least six years of health care operations experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, DRG and APC coding and CMS guidelines.
• Experience leading a team and managing 6+ direct reports.
• Experience in plan building, provider data maintenance and reimbursement methodologies.
• Knowledge of CMS EDI file and submission protocols.
• Experience with healthcare regulatory environments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly team activities to meet goals.
• Respond configuration escalations and provide coaching, feedback, and reviews.
• Manage inventory and performance to business metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and document status.
• Lead strategic direction and future-state configuration initiatives.
