Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking Systems Analysts at multiple levels to support IT Operations. You will read and create specifications, write SQL, translate business needs into technical deliverables, and partner with end users to validate solutions.

The role emphasizes data analysis, ETL, and QA activities, with opportunities across health care data integrations and reporting. A hybrid/remote work option is available depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, BA or related field; 1 year of business/system experience for Level I
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, BA or related field; 2 years of experience incl. structured analysis for Level II
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, BA or related field; 5 years of experience incl. structured analytical approach for Level III

Responsibilities

• Read and create structured specifications (Technical Specifications, use cases, story cards).
• Read and understand design and business models, including basic technical understanding.
• Writes SQL queries and reads simple data models.
• Acts as liaison between development team and end users for deliverables.
• Contributes to deliverables including analysis, development and validation.
