  • Promote continuity of care, client satisfaction, and reliable service delivery.
Medicaid Waiver Program Coordination
  • Coordinate provider services in accordance with applicable Mississippi Medicaid and waiver program requirements.
  • Review approved service plans, authorizations, and service hours.

  • Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies and service-related concerns.
  • Assist with incident reporting, quality assurance, and operational follow-up.
  • Track unstaffed hours, caregiver availability, and outstanding service needs.
  • Support compliance with Mississippi Medicaid provider requirements and company policies.

  • Coordinate with supervisory personnel to support service quality and required oversight.
Program Growth & Community Relationships
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Medicaid waiver case managers, PDDs, and community referral sources.
