Acloché LLC is seeking a Medicaid Eligibility Product Owner to translate policy into a prioritized backlog and ensure timely decisions for state members. You will partner with state agencies, policy experts, and technology teams to simplify complex rules.

You will own the backlog for Medicaid eligibility and enrollment, write epics and acceptance criteria, lead impact analysis for federal/state changes, and collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers, and testers to deliver next increments.

Competenze

• 5+ years as Product Owner, product manager, or business lead on government or healthcare systems.
• 3+ years with Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, or integrated eligibility systems.
• Working knowledge of MAGI and non-MAGI eligibility rules, verifications, and renewals.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria and managing a backlog in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tool.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
• Clear, plain-spoken communication with technical teams and agency executives alike.

Mansioni

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for the state's Medicaid eligibility and enrollment system, balancing federal mandates, state policy, and member impact.
• Translate eligibility policy (MAGI and non-MAGI rules, renewals, verifications, and notices) into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead impact analysis for new federal and state requirements, including community engagement and more frequent renewals.
• Partner with state policy and program staff to clarify rules, resolve ambiguity, and document decisions.
• Work with Scrum Masters, developers, testers, and business analysts through planning, refinement, reviews, and acceptance.
• Accept completed work against acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing with state staff.
• Coordinate dependencies with SNAP, MMIS, and managed care organizations.
• Track product outcomes (processing timeliness, auto-renewal rates, error rates) and guide priorities.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks clearly to agency leadership and project stakeholders.
