The Buckeye Ranch in Whitehall, OH is seeking an Eligibility & Access Liaison to guide clients through Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and renewal activities. You will work with engagement coordinators, clinical teams, and program staff to minimize coverage disruptions and ensure timely access to care for children, youth, and families.

This role supports transitions into available programs and services, with a focus on maintaining continuous care and reducing barriers to access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service related field required.
• Two years of relevant experience required.
• Active driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients through the healthcare coverage process and Medicaid eligibility.
• Manage Medicaid enrollment and renewal activities to minimize coverage disruptions.
• Collaborate with engagement coordinators, clinical teams, and program staff to ensure timely access to care.
