Job summary

The Buckeye Ranch in Columbus, OH seeks an Engagement Coordinator Team Lead in Same Day Access to lead the Access & Engagement team, mentor staff, and oversee referral management, scheduling, and customer service, ensuring timely access to care.

You will partner with leadership to improve workflows, implement quality improvements, train staff, and monitor performance, while fostering a positive admission experience for clients, families, referral sources, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years of admin experience.
• Proven computer skills.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engagement Coordinator team in the Same Day Access department; provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and operational support for referral management, scheduling, and customer service to ensure access to care.
• Support workflow development, quality improvement, staff training, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify barriers, improve referral processes, and create a positive admission experience for clients, families, referral sources, and internal stakeholders.
